At Chile, F*ck Those People! we’re committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please read the details below so you know exactly what to expect.

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Once shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. We currently ship within the United States and may expand to international shipping in the future.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Once an order is shipped we are not liable for any delays caused by the carrier weather customs or other factors beyond our control.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products and the spirit of our brand. If your item arrives damaged misprinted or not what you ordered contact us at Shay@chilefckthosepeople.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right—either by replacing the item or issuing a store credit at our discretion.
